LIVE/WORK SPACE SUBLEASE

EXILE (AIR — artist in residence space)
Long Island City
The space is amazing. An artist building (old club) “Exile” with high ceilings and an old bar in the living room. 4-5 roommates. You must be kind, easygoing, and clean.

My studio/bedroom, which I am subleasing from Feb. 1st to June 1st is 250 or so square feet.  2 large windows. Access to a huge roof. Bathroom, kitchen in main area.
It is possible that the lease may be extended beyond June.
$750 for just a studio space.
$875 for Live/Work.

1st month, last month and deposit needed for move in.
The only thing in the room will be a bed and table.
Exile is more of a home than a messy work space. So no woodworking or welding or dirty dusty work inside.
