THE ACTUAL USABLE SQUARE FOOTAGE. It is on the 5th floor of the
building and there is a 24/7 freight elevator that is 8’ x 8’. Getting
plywood in here is no problem. There is plenty of power including 220
v single and optional 3 phase power. There is already a circuit and
socket in place for 220 single phase 60 amp power. I have been welding
in the space with no problem. There are windows for ventillation and a
great view of Manhattan. Trash is free as long as you are not throwing
away a ridiculous amount of stuff. You pay your own electric. Heat is
electric. There is a slop sink in the common area down the hall and a
bathroom. The building is secure and there is a double door leading
into the studio space. Moving in large items or machinery is not a
problem.

The landlord is awesome. I have had no problems whatsoever. There is
no broker fee or any application fee or any other weird fees.

Lease starts on March 1st 2012 and is for one year. Only first months
rent and security deposit required to move in.
